Hybrid Format

Call to order: 10:30 am

Public Comment: none

New Business: Vermont Foam Insulation has submitted a bid to insulate the attic. The bid includes foam installation and air barrier. The bid was $28,912.32.

A motion was made to accept the bid, it was seconded and passed unanimously.

Half was needed as deposit. The check was cut and signed by Lucia.
