Approve Minutes of Last Meeting: approved

Treasurer’s Report:

Everything is on track. $5,500 has been budgeted for oil and, as of date, about $4,000 has been spent.

Librarian’s Report:

Spanish Group and the Nature & Books Discussion Series continue on Zoom. Storytelling with Bill Toomey on December 21, 2022 was well attended and very successful. All annual appeal donations and capital campaign donations have been processed, deposited and acknowledged. Painting is progressing on time and estimate for the hallway ($900) was submitted and approved by the Board. No word yet about leaks the over the window in the adult fiction room. Financial and narrative reports have both been submitted for the Town Meeting. Many thanks to Mary Beth for her invaluable assistance with the narrative report.

Old Business:

We need to contact Efficiency Vermont for insulation and heat pump guidance.

A list of contractors and contacts for up-to-date bids will be generated.

The Capital Campaign currently stands at $24,500. There have been several generous second time

contributors. A long range plan should be generated this summer.

New Business: There will be a Party on February 11^th at 10:00 – 12:00 to thank volunteers, donors and to show

the public our newly painted rooms.
