Special Virtual Board
Meeting

Present: Susan Allen, Jay Maceijowski,
Lucia Corwin, Michelle Dufort, David Whitall
Guest Present: Craig Ruggless
representing the Grafton Historical Society
Craig approached the Board for permission to
hold the antique tractor show on September 4, 2021. This show has been held on the library grounds before. The
Grafton Selectboard has given their approval to close
Kidder Hill Road for the duration of the show which
will alleviate any problems with staging the tractors should the lawn be too
wet.
A motion was made as
follows:
The Trustees of Grafton Library gives conditional
approval for the Historical Society to use the Library lawn on September 4,
2021 for the antique tractor show. We will waive the provision of a
certificate of insurance if the Historical Society does not have one. If
the Historical Society has a certificate, then the conditional approval will be waived.
The motion was passed
unanimously.
The Board will meet at the
regularly scheduled time in August on the 26th at 6:00 pm.
